The meeting will address in particular the following topic: How do ethics councils work? How national ethics councils conceive of their role. Members of the three bodies will discuss this issue in the morning of 21 October 2022. This part of the conference will be broadcast via livestream on the website of the German Ethics Council.

In the course of the meeting, other topics on which the three ethics committees are currently working will also be explored.
