Introduction
The German Ethics Council has invited the councils of France (Comité Consultatif National d’Éthique) and the UK (Nuffield Council on Bioethics) to a trilateral meeting taking place on 13 November 2019 in Berlin.
During the meeting, the Councils present their current work programmes and discuss new developments in the field of bioethics as well as possibilities of cooperation on a European level.
Main focus of the meeting are the topics “Robotics and Nursing”, “Animal Ethics”, “Access to Innovative Therapies” and “Germline Interventions”.
