Ethics Council selects topics for Opinions
On 24 January 2025, the German Ethics Council identified the topics for its first Opinions in this term of office. Proposals were presented and discussed in detail at a public meeting the day before.
The Council will start working on the following topics:
- The well-being of people in need of care and carers in inpatient and outpatient long-term care
- Neurotechnology as a game changer: utilising opportunities responsibly
A total of five topics, shortlisted beforehand, were presented and discussed at a public meeting on 23 January.
